ok, so I went to my branch's CHristmas party around 7ish. I made wonderful scallopped potatoes. the dinner was great and the white elephant game, awsome!

sadly the only thing that interupted the night was me having too much egg nog(non-alchohalic). I drank like 3/4 of a quarter gal bottle of it. I got really hyper and decided to heavy lifting by moving the cushy arm chairs back to their positions in the front lobby. after moving the second one my body took over and I ran to the bathroom. I think you can guess what happened next. pretty much everyone heard me, too. but for some reason even though it hurt coming up, I found it funny.

after that my friend Dutch arrived and invited everyone to come to the movies. I was game but I had no money. Dutch was nice and paid. I rode in another car with three other people, K, B, S. we quickly dropped off my food stuff from the party at my house and headed towards the mall. I decided to ask everyone what is the most akward way they were asked out on a date. the oddest way we agreed was someone else asking to go out with their friend and over the phone.

randomly B asked me do you have any rasins. I thought it was a trick question, so it took me a long time to answer. "No, I do not have shrivaled grapes."

"would you like a date? Dang it! I ruined it!"

...I was quiet. " are you asking me out?"

"Yes I am."

"when?"

"Now?"

"...Okey"

okey so I was in shocked but extreamly happy. it's not too often a guy will ask me out, even if I'm the only girl in the car that is not related to them.

Dutch had already purchased my ticket before we got there. so B got us popcorn and me a drink. we watched Invictus, and that movie was AWSOME!! I loved it so much. half the branch was there and we took up an entire row. we were all passing each other our snacks like rasinets and reeses peices.

during the movie I laid on B's shoulder. I can't really explain it, but it felt right. my neck hurt a lot, no matter what way I positioned my head, but I felt ...at peace, calm, like I could stay there forever. I know it was not that kind of lustful feeling when young girls get crushed, but the warm ...fuzzie feeling I have been looking for.

it's sad though. I leave for idaho the 2nd. I want to keep that feeling. well may be by remembering him i'll keep those warm feelings.
